The four double rooms were completely renovated in 2019 and 2020 and now offer the perfect blend of coziness and modern design. All rooms face south and feature a spacious balcony, ideal for enjoying sunny moments.

Our two family rooms, built in 2018, offer a welcoming, modern atmosphere and are perfect for families or small groups.

Amenities: Shower, WC, hairdryer, toiletries, TV, some with balconies, free Wi-Fi, the option to add an extra bed per room for an additional guest, and a room folder.

Information on Prices:

  • Our prices are calculated for stays of three days or more
  • A local tax of €1.75 per person (14 years and older) per night is payable on-site
  • Child discounts: Available upon request
  • Arrival: Rooms are available from 1:00 PM
  • Departure: We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10:00 AM
  • Payment options: Payment can be made on-site in cash or in advance via bank transfer
  • Deposit: Upon your written reservation, we kindly request a deposit of 30% of the total amount
  • Your booking is confirmed once the 30% deposit has been received


Cancellation Policy:

  • Free cancellation up to 30 days before the start of your stay (deposit excluded)
  • Up to 7 days before the start of your stay: 30% of the total amount
  • Up to 3 days before the start of your stay: 70% of the total amount
  • 3 days before arrival, in case of no-show, or early departure: 90% of the total amount

  • Free Wi-Fi throughout the house
  • Complimentary parking directly in front of the house
  • Pickup service: On request, we can pick you up from the Welschnofen bus station
  • A secure garage is available for storing your mountain bike or motorcycle
  • After a challenging mountain bike or motorcycle tour, a water hose is available free of charge for cleaning your vehicle
